1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Spello website and services operated by Uncertain Systems ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Products and Services

Spello offers digital picture frames with custom animated characters based on artwork provided by customers. Our services include:

  • Sale of Spello digital frames
  • Custom character animation services
  • Digital delivery of animation files

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order:

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information
  • Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

4. Artwork Submission

By uploading artwork to our service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to use and submit the artwork
  • The artwork does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • The artwork is appropriate for all ages
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for the purpose of creating your animated character

5. Animation Services

We strive to complete animations within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. However, this timeline may vary based on order volume and complexity. The final animation is created at our artistic discretion while maintaining the essence of the original artwork.

6. Shipping

We offer $10 flat-rate worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • Products must be returned in original condition
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Return shipping costs may apply
  • Custom animations are non-refundable once delivered

8. Intellectual Property

The Spello brand, website design, and all related content are the property of Uncertain Systems. Custom animations created for customers are for personal use only and may not be resold or commercially distributed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncertain Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
