Order Processing
Your Spello order goes through these stages:
- Order Confirmation - You'll receive an email confirming your order
- Animation (48 hours) - Our artists create your custom character
- Production (1-2 days) - Your frame is prepared and quality checked
- Shipping - Your order is dispatched with tracking
- Delivery - Your Spello arrives at your door!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your dashboard and viewing your order history.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at hello@spelloframe.com. All packages are insured during shipping, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
