We want you to love your Spello. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The frame must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All included accessories must be returned
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

How to Request a Return

  1. Log into your dashboard at spelloframe.com
  2. Navigate to "Orders" and find the order you wish to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and fill out the short form
  4. Receive a prepaid shipping label via email
  5. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We'll inspect the item within 2 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Digital animation files (once downloaded)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer
  • Items not in original packaging

Defective Products

If your Spello frame arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at hello@spelloframe.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

Warranty Claims

All Spello frames come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
